Built-in Field Mappings
W3AI ships predefined mappings for every GitHub entity type. Key fields like id → ProviderKey, name → Name, description → Description, created_at → CreatedDate are promoted automatically. Every other field (stars, labels, author, branch, etc.) is preserved in MetaData — nothing is lost.
Provider Migration

Exports the entire dataset from the source provider and imports it into the target. Use this to switch storage backends, bootstrap a new provider, or create a replica.
